A Co-Ed Experience, Built Around Community & Progress
Overview
Ski & Snowboard Camp at Tohkomeupog is more than a ski clinic — it’s a full overnight co-ed camp experience slopeside at King Pine Ski Area. Modeled after a traditional summer camp, the program pairs structured daily lessons with the energy, friendships, and fun of a close-knit residential community. Campers arrive wanting to ski or ride better. They leave with new skills, new friends, and stories from a week they won’t forget.

On the Mountain
Lessons
Structured instruction runs twice daily on most days — a 2-hour morning session and a 1.5-hour afternoon session. Campers are grouped into ability-based classes ranging from beginner through advanced, taught by camp counselors who serve as instructors.
Free Skiing
After lessons, supervised free time on the mountain lets campers mix with friends across all ability groups and put their new skills to work at their own pace.
Off the Mountain
Ski & Snowboard Camp blends a variety of off-slope activities to create a fully-packed, fun-filled camp experience. Campers also enjoy a tubing hill, ice skating rink, and swimming pool. Dance parties, skit shows, campfires, big-screen movies, and family game nights add a social dimension that rounds out the program.
Lodging
Ski & Snowboard Camp is hosted at The Lodges at Tohkomeupog, a year-round retreat center on the camp’s grounds. Two main buildings are used as girls’ and boys’ dormitories, arranged around a central dining facility. A third building is used as the camp infirmary. Dormitory rooms are assigned by grade and age, with most accommodating up to 6 campers. Full-time counselors reside in every room.
- Staff-to-camper ratio of approximately 4:1
- All rooms are heated with private bathrooms and hot water showers
- Bunk-style beds with basic linens provided

Meals
Three hearty buffet meals are served daily by our own culinary staff. Each meal features multiple entrées, sides, salads, breads, and desserts. Campers eat family-style with their roommates and counselors.
