President's Vacation Week

Presidents’ Vacation Week
Sunday, February 14 – Saturday, February 20, 2027

Tuition Cost:

$1,400 (includes lodging, meals, and program)
Optional Extra Fees – transportation, clothing purchase, rental equipment, pocket money

Transportation:

Parents are responsible for the transportation of their children during arrival and departure. When possible, camp will assist with arranging pick-ups at train/bus stations. There is an extra fee for this service.

By Car - Drop-off Time: 3:00PM – 5:00PM on Sunday, February 14, 2027

By Car - Pick-up Time: 9:00AM – 11:00AM on Saturday, February 20, 2027

Clothing Purchase:

Each year camp offers a souvenir garment (usually a sweatshirt) for purchase. Sweatshirts may be personalized with camper names embroidered on shoulder.

Rentals:

Ski Rental Package – for the duration of the camp week
Skis, boots and poles – Child (12 and under): $133
Skis, boots and poles – Adult (ages 13 & up): $175

Snowboard Rental Package – for the duration of the camp week
Board and boots – Child (12 and under): $133
Board and boots – Adult (ages 13 & up): $175

Boot Rental – for the duration for the camp week
Boots only – All Ages: $60

Helmet Rental – helmets are required for participation at camp
Helmet Rental – All Ages: $25
