Most of our cooks at Ski & Snowboard Camp are year-round employees of Purity Spring Resort & The Lodges. We are provided with three hearty meals a day, served as a buffet, with a variety of choices featuring several entrée items along with side dishes, salads, breads, and desserts. With prior notice, we are comfortable providing for most dietary needs and concerns.

Camp supports a Nut-Free environment.
Campers sit at tables, ‘family-style’, in the company of fellow campers and staff. Table assignments are typically done by room. The menu is planned keeping both popular kid selections and healthy eating options in mind. It would be very unusual for a child to return home from camp claiming they did not have enough to eat.
